New EPDM Commercial Roof

This was a new mixed-use commercial retail/residential project. A framing contractor installed new framing and sheathing. For a mid-layer ½” fiberboard type insulation was installed to the roof sheathing. All insulation was mechanically fastened. A layer of 060 Carlisle EPDM rubber roofing was installed as part of a “fully adhered” roof system. All flashing and details were installed to manufacturer standards.
