Palmer Construction Management was founded in 1975 as Joseph Palmer, Roofing Specialists. The elder Joe Palmer built his business through word of mouth and referrals and established a solid reputation based on quality and honesty. His son, Joseph M. Palmer, has added to that legacy his business and sales experience as well as a passion for historical architecture. Joe’s deep knowledge of the architectural styles of the Delaware Valley region moved him to add historical renovation and high-end carpentry services to the company’s offerings.
